About the role
Alan is looking for an Operations Coordinator to support its Belgian market. You will be part of the Operations Community that ensures the delivery of insurance and health services at scale, working closely with product, engineering and care teams.
Key responsibilities
- Execute day‑to‑day insurance and health service processes such as invoicing, claim treatment and fraud monitoring.
- Grow and manage the network of healthcare providers and partners.
- Support internal teams through live assistance and documentation.
- Monitor operational performance, flag risks and identify improvement opportunities.
- Contribute to the redesign and optimisation of processes.
Required profile
- Based in Belgium (or France/Spain) and able to work on‑site.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured procedures.
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to challenge traditional insurance models.
