Office Manager – Full‑time – Kruibeke, Belgium

About the role

TRIO Lighting Group is seeking a proactive Office Manager to support its Customer Service team in Kruibeke, Belgium. You will act as the first point of contact for colleagues and ensure smooth daily operations across multiple departments.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional support and coordination for the Customer Service team, serving as the primary internal contact.
• Maintain a high level of customer service, assisting customers in daily operations.
• Manage quotations, orders, deliveries and handle complaints efficiently.
• Organise and optimise administrative office processes in close collaboration with Sales, Logistics and other departments.
• Coordinate customer projects, installations and appointments.
• Contribute to cross‑functional projects and continuously improve internal processes.

Required profile

• Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience in Customer Service or Sales Operations.
• Enjoy taking responsibility and providing guidance to a team.
• Strong organisational skills with a structured, solution‑oriented approach.
• Excellent communication skills, customer focus and a proactive attitude.
• Fluent in Dutch, very good English and confident with common Microsoft Office applications.
