About the role
Eastman is looking for an enthusiastic Office Assistant to join its team at the Axxes Business Park in Merelbeke. You will be the first point of contact for visitors, customers and suppliers, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience while supporting the management team.
Key responsibilities
- Manage reception duties, welcome and register visitors, and handle phone calls.
- Organise catering, hotel, taxi and restaurant reservations for guests and staff.
- Maintain office supplies, meeting rooms and create purchase orders in SAP.
- Plan and coordinate internal events to foster employee engagement.
- Provide travel and calendar management for designated managers.
- Assist with project‑related tasks and event organisation in collaboration with colleagues.
Required profile
- Professional Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in administrative or economic studies.
- First experience in a management support role within an international environment.
- Service‑oriented, discreet, proactive and reliable.
- Fluent communication skills in Dutch and English.
