NTE Data Center Security Manager (EMEA)

About the role

Amazon Web Services is seeking a highly motivated NTE Security Manager to lead physical security operations for its EMEA Non‑Traditional Environment (NTE) data centers in Brussels. You will ensure the safety of facilities, protect customer data, and maintain compliance with international security standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage on‑site operational physical security, including access control, guard forces, and CCTV monitoring.
• Investigate site incidents, produce detailed reports, and develop action plans.
• Compile and maintain security metrics, perform audits, and ensure compliance with SOC 1, SOC 2 and ISO 27001.
• Implement new security processes and enforce Amazon policies related to media security and customer data protection.
• Coordinate security services, conduct site surveys, and perform risk/threat assessments.
• Supervise employees and contractors, monitor vendor performance, and build relationships with internal and external partners.
• Collaborate with peers across geographic regions and travel as required.

Required profile

• Thorough knowledge of access control systems, guard force management, and incident reporting.
• Strong people‑management abilities and experience supervising security teams.
• Ability to analyze situations quickly, make decisions, and communicate findings clearly.
• Willingness to travel and work with international teams.
