Night Auditor – Hotel Reception (Brussels)

About the role
The Night Auditor will work on‑site at Juliana Hotel Brussels, handling all front‑desk activities during the overnight hours. This full‑time position ensures smooth check‑ins and check‑outs, manages reservations, and maintains guest satisfaction throughout the night.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome guests, process check‑ins and check‑outs, and manage reservations during night shifts.
- Balance daily financial records, process payments, and reconcile cash drawers.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain a high‑quality experience.
- Collaborate with daytime staff to ensure seamless handover of information and tasks.
- Provide general assistance to other hotel operations as needed.
Required profile
- Experience in receptionist duties and reservation management.
- Strong customer service and communication abilities in English and French.
- Proven cash‑handling skills and ability to balance financial records.
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts and weekends.
- Previous experience in hotel or hospitality environments is advantageous.
