Night Audit – Front Office (Full‑time)

About the role

The Night Audit position at Cardo Brussels Hotel ensures smooth front‑office operations during overnight hours. You will be the first point of contact for guests arriving late, handling check‑ins, payments and any issues that arise while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, register them according to local guidelines and make them feel at ease.
• Process invoices, payments and ensure accurate billing.
• Respond to guest requests, resolve problems and handle complaints promptly.
• Perform administrative duties such as reporting, answering calls and emails.
• Assist guests with luggage, packages and other concierge services.
• Monitor building entry, report suspicious activity and maintain security awareness.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of relevant front‑office experience.
• Fluent in English and Dutch and/or French; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team‑oriented attitude.
• Open‑minded, flexible and able to work night shifts.
• Legal eligibility to work in Belgium.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Familiarity with Opera PMS (preferred).
