Multilingual Sales Advisor & Telesales Representative

About the role

We are seeking a multilingual Sales Advisor & Telesales Representative to join our Waterloo office and drive the commercial development of our residential real‑estate projects in Spain for the Belgian and Dutch markets. You will generate leads, guide prospects through the buying journey and build lasting relationships with clients and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Contact and qualify leads via phone, email and CRM, and schedule appointments and property viewings.
• Develop and maintain relationships with private clients, real‑estate agents and referral partners.
• Provide professional advice on our Spanish residential developments.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales data in the CRM system.
• Support local marketing activities, exhibitions and industry events as needed.
• Contribute to achieving sales targets and business growth in the assigned market.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in sales, telesales, business development or real‑estate sales.
• Experience with international clients; real‑estate background is a plus.
• Fluent Dutch/Flemish (C1/C2), French (B2/C1) and professional English (B2/C1); Spanish is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM/ERP tools.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office suite.
