Multilingual Customer Support Specialist – Greece or Portugal

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic multilingual Customer Support Specialists to join our international team in Greece or Portugal. You will work either on‑site near beautiful coastal cities or remotely, providing top‑class assistance to customers across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a professional and friendly tone.
• Document interactions and update customer records accurately.
• Collaborate with a multicultural team to share best practices and improve service quality.

Required profile

• Fluent English and proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Dutch, French, German, Italian, Polish, Norwegian, Czech, Portuguese, Croatian, Spanish, Swedish, Finnish, or Danish.
• EU citizenship or a valid work/residency permit for Greece or Portugal.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
