Multidisciplinary Project Manager – Data Center Maintenance

About the role

We are seeking a multidisciplinary Project Manager to lead the maintenance and upgrade projects of a data‑center infrastructure. The role involves overseeing small to medium‑size construction and engineering projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Master Project Schedule using Primavera P6, defining critical path and milestones.
• Prepare and control the Master Project Budget, including hard and soft costs, contingencies and allowances.
• Support contractor pre‑qualification, bid solicitation, analysis and recommendation.
• Negotiate contracts, establish business terms, and coordinate with legal counsel.
• Manage design‑team activities, permitting processes and constructability reviews.
• Coordinate cost estimates, value‑engineering studies and cash‑flow projections.
• Oversee General Contractor and subcontractors on‑site, handling change orders, cost control and schedule tracking.
• Ensure QA/QC compliance, process invoices and payment applications, and maintain project documentation.
• Lead close‑out activities, collect warranties, as‑built drawings, O&M manuals and manage final inspections.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Project Manager on construction or infrastructure sites.
• Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting and cost control.
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP and an engineering degree in mechanics or electromechanics.

Required skills

• Primavera P6 (cost‑ and resource‑loaded scheduling).
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
