Microsoft 365 Consultant (Hybrid, Bruges)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Consultant to join our internal IT team on a long‑term basis. Working primarily from our Bruges office two days a week, you will help optimise and extend our Microsoft environment while collaborating with product owners, solution architects and business stakeholders in an Agile setting.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into concrete Microsoft 365 solutions, including SharePoint, Power Platform, Office 365 and Copilot.
• Analyse, optimise and automate complex business processes.
• Advise on functionality, security and governance of the M365 tenant.
• Configure, manage and fine‑tune tenant settings, user permissions and policies.
• Implement solutions together with internal teams and external partners.
• Support the Scrum team in delivering high‑quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation, architecture artefacts and integration configurations.
• Automate tasks through scripting and configuration management.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Microsoft 365 Consultant or Engineer.
• Proven expertise in large organisations (500+ users) and tenant governance.
• Hands‑on mindset combined with strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• PowerShell scripting experience is a plus.
