Merchandising Operations Intern

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is looking for a Merchandising Operations Intern to join its Brussels team. You will support the day‑to‑day activities of the Merchandising Operations group, gaining hands‑on experience in data analysis, system maintenance and sell‑in tool creation while working closely with merchants and product teams.

Key responsibilities

• Organise key milestone meetings, manage calendars and coordinate meeting tools.
• Perform daily data analysis, update systems, enter data and generate reports.
• Maintain database accuracy and support data‑related issue resolution across departments.
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of sell‑in tools.
• Manage product‑detail‑page (PDP) shooting process and sample logistics.

Required profile

• Passion for the apparel and accessories industry, especially denim.
• Proactive, self‑organized and analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and time‑management skills.
• Fluent English communication.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot tables).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Graphic design skills using Adobe Creative Suite.
