Medical Information Officer – French and Dutch Speaker

About the role

The Medical Information Officer will join ProductLife Group’s Medical Information department, providing first‑line support to health‑care professionals and consumers in both French and Dutch. Working under the guidance of a Medical Information Pharmacist, you will ensure accurate, timely responses to medical and pharmaceutical inquiries.

Key responsibilities

• Handle incoming medical, pharmaceutical and consumer information requests across all media channels.
• Identify vigilance cases, forward them to second‑line teams or document them following training.
• Record case details in paper or electronic systems in French and Dutch.
• Restore and manage call logs using the designated tool.
• Draft written responses to health professionals under pharmacist supervision.
• Perform quality control on telephone call reports according to the current decision tree.
• Receive, file and acknowledge documents from client laboratories.
• Maintain IT sub‑units and generate required reports for client laboratories.
• Participate in scheduled telephone permanence and contribute to procedure drafting.

Required profile

• Degree in Sciences, Master’s or Pharmacist qualification.
• Fluent in French and Dutch.
• Proficiency with Excel and Word.
• Previous experience in a medical information or similar environment is preferred.
