Media Manager

About the role

AB InBev’s in‑house agency DraftLine is looking for a Media Manager to lead cross‑channel media planning and strategy for its BNFL portfolio. Reporting to the BNFL Media Lead, you will work closely with external agencies and internal digital teams to deliver best‑in‑class campaigns for world‑renowned beer brands.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute media plans across TV, VOD, audio, OOH, paid social, programmatic and media partnerships.
• Manage multi‑million‑euro budgets, ensuring operational excellence, financial accountability and post‑campaign reconciliation.
• Lead projects, own the BNFL team’s media output and collaborate with Digital Investment, Marketing and other internal stakeholders.
• Activate major sponsorships such as FIFA World Cup, Roland‑Garros, Wimbledon and the Olympics through media activations.
• Define, curate and deliver campaign reporting, monitor KPIs and present optimisation insights.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in paid media or media strategy.
• Strong knowledge of the Belgian, French and/or Dutch media landscape, partners and products.
• Highly numerate, analytical and able to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication, presentation and collaborative skills.
• Resilient, fast learner with a start‑up mindset and ability to work under pressure.
