Marketing Manager – Sustainable Packaging

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies that position our fibre‑based packaging solutions in the market, drive sales growth and optimise gross margins. The role blends strategic planning with hands‑on execution and requires close collaboration across internal teams and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop targeted marketing plans for products, divisions and regions aligned with commercial objectives.
• Translate plans into actions covering product assortment, pricing, packaging, promotion, advertising and communication.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities and campaigns, identifying improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate marketing projects to ensure timely, high‑quality delivery.
• Organise and manage national and international events, trade fairs and promotional activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with external partners such as advertising agencies and market research providers.
• Collaborate with Sales, Purchasing, Production, Logistics and Innovation teams for successful initiative execution.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, competitor activities and industry developments.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in marketing, product management, brand management or a similar commercial role.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Commercial mindset with a results‑driven approach.
• Ability to work effectively across departments and with external partners.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset.
