Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead strategy and execution for key brands within a fast‑moving international fintech environment. Based in Belgium, you will shape brand positioning, drive growth, and ensure marketing initiatives align with commercial objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies, defining priorities, KPIs, roadmaps and growth initiatives for assigned brands.
• Act as the primary contact for brands and stakeholders, leading strategic discussions and providing industry‑based recommendations.
• Own end‑to‑end project delivery, coordinating internal teams and external partners to meet timelines, quality standards and objectives.
• Manage marketing budgets, track performance, and produce clear reporting on results and improvement opportunities.
• Monitor KPIs to ensure alignment with broader business goals.
• Apply payment‑industry knowledge, including compliance, regulatory messaging, merchant acquiring, chargebacks and risk management.
• Review marketing claims and materials for industry compliance.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in marketing management, leadership, client project services or account management.
• Proven experience in payments or fintech marketing.
• Strong ability to work autonomously, influence business direction and deliver measurable results.
• Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple brands or client accounts simultaneously.
