Marketing Internship – Brand & Digital Projects

About the role

Join Unilever Belgium for a hands‑on marketing internship where you will support brand teams on real projects. You will gain exposure to brand strategy, digital marketing, and consumer insights while contributing to the development of world‑famous brands such as Dove, Axe, Knorr and Lipton.

Key responsibilities

• Support the execution of brand plans within a marketing team.
• Manage design and creative projects, coordinating stakeholders for communication assets.
• Assist with brand innovation launches and brand relaunch initiatives.
• Conduct strategic, market, consumer and category analysis.
• Perform digital analyses and manage social media activities.
• Develop communication plans and execute customer and store activations.
• Coordinate with local markets and handle project management tasks.

Required profile

• Enrolled in a Bachelor or Master programme and able to provide an internship agreement.
• Available for a minimum of 3 months (ideally 6 months) at 35 hours per week.
• Fluent in English and Dutch or French.
• Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Self‑starter, proactive team player comfortable working autonomously.
• Ability to work with diverse teams and handle data analysis.
• Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
