Marketing Communications Specialist

About the role

The Marketing Communications Specialist will translate strategic marketing objectives into integrated, localized campaigns that boost brand visibility, market engagement, and lead generation. Working closely with product, sales, and design teams, you will create compelling content and drive multi‑channel initiatives that support the company’s growth in lighting and IoT solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated campaign plans across digital and offline channels, tailored to local markets.
• Manage lead‑generation programs such as gated content, email nurture flows, and marketing automation to feed the sales pipeline.
• Produce sales collateral—including brochures, catalogues, fact sheets, and presentations—in collaboration with product teams.
• Support PR activities, speaker placements, co‑marketing projects, and thought‑leadership opportunities.
• Analyze campaign performance, deliver insights, and recommend optimisations based on KPIs and stakeholder feedback.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience in marketing communications, digital marketing or multi‑channel campaign management.
• Native Dutch speaker with good proficiency in French.
• Proven ability to collaborate with sales, product managers, designers, external agencies and central marketing functions.
