Marketing & Communication Manager – Brussels

About the role

As a Marketing & Communication Manager based at MSIG Europe’s headquarters in Brussels, you will join the central MarCom team to shape and deliver the corporate communication strategy across European markets. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and local teams to ensure consistent, impactful messaging that supports the company’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute MSIG Europe’s corporate communications and marketing initiatives.
• Create and coordinate content for internal and external channels, including press releases, digital platforms, thought‑leadership pieces, and internal communications.
• Ensure consistent messaging, tone, and brand positioning across all European markets.
• Support campaigns, events, and engagement initiatives with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain and update the company website and intranet, guaranteeing accurate and engaging content.
• Monitor industry and media trends to identify communication opportunities.
• Assist in reporting and performance tracking of communication and marketing activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in communications and marketing (corporate, B2B, or professional services).
• Fluent in Dutch and English, with a good understanding of French.
• Experience working in an international or pan‑European environment.
• Ability to develop creative content such as articles, infographics, videos, and digital assets.
• Strong writing, editing, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of the insurance market is a plus.
