Marketing Ad Operations & Investor Relations Specialist

About the role

This remote‑first position combines marketing ad operations with investor‑focused communications. You will plan, launch and optimise digital advertising and email campaigns while ensuring compliance and high‑quality creative delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and manage digital advertising campaigns across email, social, display and other online channels.
• Build, schedule and optimise email flows using platforms such as Klaviyo, CleverTap or Mailchimp.
• Coordinate creative assets, landing pages, banners and email templates with internal teams and external partners.
• Monitor performance metrics (impressions, CTR, conversions, ROI, open rates) and provide data‑driven optimisation recommendations.
• Generate reports, analyse trends and support continuous testing.
• Troubleshoot delivery, tracking and reporting issues with technical teams.
• Ensure all materials meet branding, regulatory and quality standards before launch.
• Maintain accurate documentation, approvals and partner communications while juggling multiple projects.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in digital marketing, email marketing or advertising operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Detail‑oriented, analytical mindset and ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Required skills

• Email marketing platforms: Klaviyo, CleverTap, Mailchimp.
• HTML and CSS for email and landing‑page development; familiarity with Webflow.
• Analytics and tracking tools: Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, tagging solutions.
• Basic graphic design tools: Adobe Photoshop, Canva.
