About the role

As the Market Development Director for ServiceNow, you will lead Accenture’s ServiceNow growth in the Belgium‑Luxembourg market, bridging strategy, sales and ecosystem collaboration to drive new business and joint solutions.

Key responsibilities

  • Define and execute the ServiceNow partnership and growth strategy for the Belux market, aligning go‑to‑market motions with Accenture’s ServiceNow Business Group and ServiceNow leadership.
  • Act as the primary liaison between ServiceNow sales, partner and technical teams and Accenture client account leads, building executive‑level relationships.
  • Generate, accelerate and convert joint pipeline, focusing on complex, transformational opportunities in Belgium and Luxembourg.
  • Lead deal shaping, value storytelling and executive positioning for high‑impact pursuits.
  • Promote ServiceNow’s enterprise‑workflow value beyond IT, supporting Accenture’s broader transformation agenda.

Required profile

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in consulting, IT services or professional services.
  • At least 5 years of hands‑on ServiceNow experience in a senior sales, solution‑architect or technical‑architect role.
  • Proven track record of complex enterprise sales and business development, with annual quota responsibility of $10 M +.
  • Strong ability to influence C‑level stakeholders and work cross‑functionally across sales, marketing, solutioning and delivery.
