Manager - Strategy (Energy & Infrastructure)

About the role

KPMG is seeking a Manager to join its Strategy team with a focus on Energy & Infrastructure. The role supports large and mid‑sized Belgian companies, private equity firms and other clients through strategic transformation projects across energy, water, construction, infrastructure and telecom sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Work directly with C‑suite executives on complex, enterprise‑wide strategy engagements.
• Lead client projects, define strategic initiatives, and design implementation road‑maps.
• Develop high‑quality deliverables that address strategic, organisational and operational challenges.
• Identify growth opportunities and support clients in market entry, cost optimisation and operating model design.
• Contribute to the development and positioning of the Energy & Infrastructure practice within KPMG.

Required profile

• Proven experience in strategy consulting or related advisory roles, preferably within energy, infrastructure or related sectors.
• Strong track record of managing client relationships and leading project teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a focus on delivering actionable insights.
• Advanced communication skills, capable of influencing senior stakeholders.
