Manager - Insurance Transformation

About the role

BDO is seeking a Manager to lead insurance transformation initiatives for its clients. You will use your deep industry knowledge to guide project teams, deliver strategic solutions, and strengthen client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement transformation programmes tailored to insurance client needs.
• Conduct detailed analyses of insurance products, market trends, and regulatory developments.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams to ensure timely and successful delivery.
• Engage with clients to build trust, identify new business opportunities, and act as a strategic advisor.
• Collaborate across BDO business practices to foster innovation and drive growth.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• 5‑8 years of management‑consulting experience within the insurance sector.
• Strong understanding of insurance products, ecosystem, and best practices.
• Proven ability to lead and manage project teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in French, Dutch, and English.
