Manager, AI & Strategy

About the role

Agilytic is seeking a Manager for its AI & Strategy practice in Brussels. The role combines consulting project leadership with the development of the practice, offering a path toward a future director position. You will work closely with clients across marketing, operations and finance, delivering end‑to‑end data‑science and AI solutions while shaping service offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Lead projects from proposal to delivery, covering data‑science and AI use cases.
• Own client relationships, ensuring accountability for outcomes and growing accounts over time.
• Identify commercial, technical and organisational opportunities and turn them into actionable initiatives.
• Coach consultants on technical skills, project management and client interaction.
• Help shape the direction of the AI & Strategy practice, defining offerings, processes and growth strategy.
• Drive internal initiatives that improve Agilytic’s operations and culture.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics, statistics, business or a related quantitative discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience delivering data‑science or AI projects, managing teams and client stakeholders.
• Fluency in English; French or Dutch is required, with strong Dutch especially valued.
• Valid type B driving licence and eligibility to work in Belgium/EU.
• Strong ownership mindset, commercial instinct and genuine interest in building a practice.
• Comfort with ambiguity, empathy, directness and curiosity about AI.
