Management Trainee – Hospitality (m/f/d) in Brussels

About the role

Join Motel One’s Management Trainee Programme and rotate through three hotels (national and international) over 12‑18 months. You will gain hands‑on experience in every operational department while being prepared for a future Hotel Manager position.

Key responsibilities

• Rotate through Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B Service and other departments.
• Contribute daily to hotel operations and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support and observe managers, assist with team coordination and motivation.
• Lead own projects that enhance the guest experience.
• Participate in internal training sessions and workshops at the Motel One Campus.

Required profile

• Completed degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration or a comparable diploma.
• At least 1 year of operational experience in various hotel departments; initial leadership experience preferred.
• Flexibility to relocate and travel between hotel sites.
• Strong motivation to take responsibility, lead by example and make bold decisions.
• Passion for hospitality, ambition to become a Hotel Manager, analytical thinking and a positive, communicative attitude.
