Management Consultant – Operations Planning (Senior Associate)

About the role

Join PwC Advisory as a Management Consultant in Operations Planning at the Senior Associate level. You will work on supply chain planning projects, helping clients improve demand, supply and inventory planning while delivering high‑quality solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Focus on supply chain planning including demand, supply and inventory planning.
• Analyze identified issues and define proactive approaches using PwC best practices and benchmarks.
• Provide top‑quality deliverables to clients.
• Participate as an active project member in mixed PwC and client teams in a multinational environment.
• Reflect with senior colleagues on project approaches and key decisions.
• Contribute to business development initiatives.
• Continuously learn and develop professional skills.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in economics, (bio‑)engineering, business administration, sciences or comparable experience.
• Experience in Pharma & Life Sciences, Consumer Goods, Industrial Manufacturing & Automotive, or Energy, Utilities, Resources and Chemicals.
• Minimum two years of experience in supply chain planning; previous consulting experience is a plus.
• Ability to combine specialist technical knowledge with strong analytical, problem‑solving and consulting skills.
• Pro‑active approach with demonstrated initiative and reliability.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to build effective relationships.
• Fluent in English and Dutch or French.
• Flexibility to work in different environments and travel abroad up to three days per week.
