Management Consultant – Brussels

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Management Consultant to join our growing team in Brussels. You will work across multiple industries, delivering strategic insights and actionable plans that help our clients achieve their business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with senior decision‑makers at client organisations to understand needs and influence outcomes.
• Develop and present strategic recommendations, business models and implementation road‑maps.
• Lead project teams, manage timelines and ensure high‑quality delivery.
• Provide continuous feedback to clients and internal stakeholders, fostering trust and long‑term relationships.
• Travel to client sites as required to support project execution.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering or a related field.
• 2‑4 years of experience in strategy or management consulting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Willingness to travel to client locations.
