Maintenance Technician – Mechanical & Electrical (Shift Work)

About the role

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our production site in Sint‑Niklaas. The role combines mechanical and electrical maintenance tasks and operates on a rotating three‑shift schedule, supporting both corrective and preventive activities.

Key responsibilities

• Perform mechanical adjustments and machine tuning to ensure optimal performance.
• Replace sensors and carry out basic electrical troubleshooting and settings adjustments.
• Execute corrective maintenance during early, late, and night shifts.
• Support preventive maintenance activities, especially on early and late shifts.
• Collaborate with the production crew to minimise downtime.

Required profile

• Experienced technician preferred, but motivated junior candidates are welcome.
• Fluent in Dutch or English.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts and live near the site.
