Maintenance Technician – Belgium

About the role

We are hiring Maintenance Technicians for multiple advanced manufacturing sites across Belgium. The role is open to international candidates willing to relocate for a long‑term career in industrial maintenance.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults to minimise production downtime.
• Interpret technical documentation, schematics and machine manuals.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve issues.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance machine reliability and performance.

Required profile

• Experience in industrial, mechanical or electrical maintenance.
• Ability to troubleshoot machines and read technical documentation.
• Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics or electrical systems is a plus.
• Willingness to relocate to Belgium and build a long‑term career.
• Minimum English level B2.
