M&A Internship – Antwerp

About the role

We are looking for a financially‑savvy master’s student to join our M&A team at Manuchar’s headquarters in Antwerp. The internship offers hands‑on experience in buy‑side market analysis, company valuation and building investment cases for potential add‑on acquisitions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive market and industry analyses to identify buy‑side M&A opportunities and assess competitive landscapes.
• Develop detailed financial models and perform valuation analyses (DCF, comparable companies, precedent transactions) of target companies.
• Prepare investment memoranda and PowerPoint presentation decks for senior management, the M&A committee, and private‑equity shareholders.
• Support the M&A team throughout the full deal cycle, including due diligence coordination, data‑room management, and post‑deal integration planning.

Required profile

• Final‑year master’s student or recent graduate in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related discipline with strong academic performance.
• Demonstrated interest in mergers and acquisitions, evidenced by coursework, projects or extracurricular activities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive attitude and a high sense of responsibility for delivering quality work.
• Availability for a minimum of 2 months on‑site in Antwerp.
