M&A Deals Advisory Consultant

About the role

As an M&A Deals Advisory Consultant at KPMG Belgium you will join the Deals & Strategy practice, supporting clients through the full lifecycle of mergers and acquisitions. You will work on both buy‑side and sell‑side transactions, helping corporate and private shareholders define and execute their strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Support business origination by preparing pitch material, mapping the M&A market and identifying potential targets.
• Execute transactions: prepare high‑quality documentation, coordinate due diligence, build financial models and perform in‑depth business and financial analysis.
• Conduct valuation using DCF, LBO, merger modelling, comparable companies and precedent transaction methods.
• Assist senior team members in client dialogues and contribute to the development of junior colleagues.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or Engineering.
• 2–3 years of transaction experience in investment banking, M&A boutique or Big‑4 corporate finance.
• Experience on both buy‑side and sell‑side deals; equity and debt financing exposure is a plus.
