Logistics Operator I – Entry Level Operations Role

About the role

The Logistics Operator I supports daily logistics and production activities for CellCarta's laboratory supplies. This entry‑level position ensures that kits, labels, and manuals are prepared, assembled, and shipped accurately to meet client timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare supplies by picking items, assembling production kits, creating SRFs, and producing lab address labels and manuals, followed by peer review.
• Produce and review labels, ensuring correct information and quality standards.
• Assemble supply materials, including kit assembly, label handling, and preparation of shippers for outbound shipments.
• Manage shipping tasks such as order picking, documentation preparation, packing, and dispatch.
• Create work orders, maintain planning worksheets, and oversee inventory management.

Required profile

• Secondary school diploma or equivalent.
• No prior experience required; experience in an operations or production environment is a plus.
• Competency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Intermediate‑level proficiency with Excel.
• Strong communication, problem‑identification, attention to detail, teamwork, and a sense of urgency to meet deadlines.
