Logistics Manager – Warehouse Operations

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to lead the warehouse and logistics operations at our new site in Welkenraedt, Belgium. The role ensures smooth, efficient and safe handling of inbound and outbound goods while supporting Viessmann’s commitment to sustainable climate solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound product flows, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of warehouse staff.
• Implement and maintain the warehouse management system, preferably SAP S/4HANA.
• Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock counts and perform regular audits.
• Oversee picking, packing and shipping processes.
• Handle customer and internal claims, resolving issues promptly.
• Analyse processes and drive continuous improvement to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Prepare operational reports and key performance indicators.
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities and potential investments.

Required profile

• Vocational training or degree in logistics, supply chain, business administration or related field.
• Several years of experience in warehouse management, with leadership experience preferred.
• Strong ownership, independence and customer‑focused mindset.
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch, French and English.
• Hands‑on mentality and ability to thrive in a fast‑growing, dynamic environment.

Required skills

• SAP S/4HANA (warehouse management system).
• Microsoft Office suite.
