Logistics Manager

About the role

TSL is seeking a Logistics Manager to lead all onsite logistics activities for its construction projects across the globe. The role ensures safe, efficient and timely delivery of materials, equipment and resources, supporting project schedules and maintaining high standards of quality, health, safety and environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day site logistics operations, including material deliveries, storage and internal distribution.
• Plan and coordinate transportation and storage of construction materials and equipment to meet project timelines.
• Develop and maintain site logistics plans that optimise workflow and site efficiency.
• Collaborate with project managers, site engineers, procurement and HSE teams to align logistics with site requirements.
• Liaise with suppliers, vendors and subcontractors to streamline deliveries and material movements.
• Monitor inventory reconciliation, manage obsolescence and ensure appropriate reserves.
• Resolve logistics‑related issues on site and escalate when necessary.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing onsite logistics for construction or engineering projects.
• Strong understanding of health, safety and environmental standards in a construction environment.
• Ability to work closely with multidisciplinary project teams and external suppliers.
