Logistics Coordinator

About the role

The Logistics Coordinator will be the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders across Europe, ensuring daily logistics operations run smoothly and continuously improving processes.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and execute daily logistics activities, including pick‑up coordination, transport orders, and prioritisation.
• Plan inbound and outbound flows, organising sea, air, rail and inter‑warehouse transfers to optimise service levels and costs.
• Manage export documentation, duties and administration for international shipments.
• Handle special requests such as promotional activities and new collection launches.
• Control inventory levels, identify gaps and implement corrective actions.
• Track and report logistics performance KPIs.
• Administer consumables for warehouses and maintain required certificates of origin and export documents.
• Support customer care with claims handling and logistics issue resolution.
• Participate in logistics roadmap projects.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of experience in an international logistics environment.
• Strong background in transport operations and export flows.
• Fluent English and proficiency in German or French.
• Experience in consumer goods, preferably retail fashion or B2B e‑commerce.
• Analytical, problem‑solving and organisational abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven setting.
