Logistics Coordinator – European Petrochemical Supply Chains

About the role

Integra SA is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage the flow of chemicals across the European petrochemical market. Based in Leuven, you will ensure smooth, cost‑effective supply‑chain operations while maintaining product quality and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate logistics flows for chemicals, optimizing cost and efficiency.
• Manage compliance with safety, environmental and sustainability standards across shipping, rail, truck, terminal and storage operations.
• Prepare and manage shipping documents, including transport documents, Letters of Credit and invoices.
• Handle logistics‑related costs, invoicing, month‑end closing activities and quality/incident reporting.
• Contribute to supplier reviews, continuous improvement initiatives and demurrage cost recovery.
• Coordinate with regional operations teams and provide support as needed.

Required profile

• 5‑10 years of logistics or operations experience in the (petro)chemical industry.
• Strong knowledge of Incoterms, Letters of Credit and transport documentation.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement and service excellence.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
