About the role

Spektrum is seeking a Linux Engineer to join the NATO Cyber Security Centre within the NATO Communication and Information Agency (NCIA). The role will support critical cyber‑defence services for NATO, ensuring secure and reliable communications across the alliance.

Key responsibilities

Operate and maintain Linux‑based systems that underpin NATO’s cyber security services.
Support the delivery of secure communication, command and control, and satellite communication capabilities.
Collaborate with an international team of analysts and engineers to monitor and improve system performance.
Assist in the implementation of security measures to protect NATO’s information technology infrastructure.

Required profile

Proven experience working with Linux operating systems in a security‑focused environment.
Ability to work effectively within a multinational, high‑performance team.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
