Legal Operations Associate

About the role

This remote Legal Operations Associate position supports contract management by combining legal expertise with technology‑driven processes. You will work at the intersection of law, data, and digital tools to improve workflow efficiency for an international, fast‑paced team.

Key responsibilities

• Input, update, and maintain contract data in CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) platforms.
• Review, organize, and track key contract terms, deadlines, obligations, and compliance requirements.
• Prepare reports, summaries, and insights from contract data to aid business and legal decisions.
• Collaborate with legal, operations, and business teams to ensure accurate and up‑to‑date contract information.
• Communicate with Mandarin‑speaking stakeholders to clarify contract details and resolve documentation questions.
• Support administrative processes related to legal operations initiatives.
• Contribute to workflow improvements by leveraging legal technology and organized data management practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Legal Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of experience in legal operations, paralegal work, or a similar role.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English (written and spoken).
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities remotely.
• Interest in legal technology, process optimization, and digital transformation.

Required skills

• Experience with legal technology platforms and contract lifecycle management tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
