Learning Professional – Instructional Designer

About the role

As an Instructional Designer at Atlas Copco, you will create comprehensive learning journeys that support competence development across the company’s divisions. You will work closely with subject matter experts and content developers to transform technical and business input into engaging, learner‑centric experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design structured, learner‑centric training journeys aligned with divisional strategies.
• Translate technical and business information into clear learning objectives and engaging eLearning, video, podcast and other digital formats.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather content, define learning goals and ensure relevance.
• Partner with content developers to produce high‑quality digital learning assets.
• Ensure all learning solutions are scalable, measurable and consistent with Atlas Copco’s learning philosophy.

Required profile

• Strong ability to design learner‑focused training journeys.
• Excellent collaboration skills with SMEs and content developers.
• Capacity to turn complex technical input into clear, engaging learning experiences.
• Commitment to continuous learning and alignment with corporate strategies.
