Leadership Coach

About the role

Spektrum is seeking a Leadership Coach to join its global team and support key client projects for the NATO Communication and Information Agency (NCIA). The role will focus on developing and sustaining a high‑performance, engaged workforce within a defence and aerospace environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide leadership coaching and development support to personnel working on NCIA projects.
• Assist in building and maintaining a high‑performance, engaged workforce across NATO International Civilians, Military, and Interim Workforce Consultants.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure coaching aligns with client objectives and security requirements.
• Contribute to the delivery of specialist services for NATO, UN, EU and national defence customers.

Required profile

• Experience delivering leadership coaching or development in a professional services or defence‑related context.
• Ability to work with diverse stakeholder groups, including NATO personnel and international consultants.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to supporting client success.
