Lead SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a Lead SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant to guide a major HR technology transformation. You will own the migration from SAP HCM to SuccessFactors Employee Central, delivering end‑to‑end consulting, architecture, and technical expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Lead SAP HCM to SuccessFactors Employee Central migration initiatives.
• Provide advisory support, recommendations, and best‑practice guidance to project teams and stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops, requirement analysis sessions, and knowledge‑sharing activities.
• Design, configure, customize, test, and validate SuccessFactors Employee Central and related modules (Learning Management, Onboarding, Recruiting, Recruiting Marketing, Goal Management).
• Define migration strategies, map data, and apply transformation techniques to ensure data integrity.
• Support HRIS architecture decisions, integrations, and technical solutions involving SAP and non‑SAP systems.
• Troubleshoot complex technical challenges and produce detailed documentation.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in SAP HR transformations and large‑scale SuccessFactors implementations.
• Proven track record migrating SAP HCM (PA/OM) to SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Strong functional HR knowledge combined with technical consulting capabilities.

Required skills

• SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation, configuration and customization.
• SAP HCM, SAP Time, and SAP S/4HANA knowledge.
• SuccessFactors modules: Learning Management, Onboarding, Recruiting, Recruiting Marketing, Goal Management.
• Data migration tools, data mapping, transformation logic, APIs, OData services, SAP standard extractors.
• Integration platforms: SAP CPI, SAP BTP, IAS, middleware solutions.
