Laboratory Production Technician

About the role

We are seeking a Laboratory Production Technician to join Zymofix’s R&D team. The role focuses on lab‑scale production of microorganisms and associated quality‑control activities, supporting our sustainable agriculture mission.

Key responsibilities

• Perform and document routine production of microorganisms according to established procedures.
• Carry out quality‑control analyses and record data to ensure batch‑to‑batch consistency.
• Identify and promptly report any deviations or atypical results to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory environment.

Required profile

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology, Biology or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
• Effective communication in English; Dutch is a plus.
• Team‑oriented mindset and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary colleagues.
