Kitchen Support Expert – Airport Hotel

About the role

The Kitchen Support Expert provides essential assistance to multiple hotel functions, ensuring that kitchens, food‑and‑beverage areas and employee dining rooms remain clean, well‑stocked and ready for service. This role involves basic kitchen preparation, linen handling, dishware management and equipment upkeep within a busy airport hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support cleaning and basic kitchen preparation across departments.
• Prepare fresh linen and spotless dining ware for guest use.
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment such as dishwashing machines and hand‑wash stations.
• Transport and organize dishware throughout the hotel.
• Follow all company safety, security and hygiene policies; report maintenance needs and incidents.
• Maintain a clean, professional uniform and personal appearance.
• Welcome guests courteously and communicate clearly.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and quality standards.
• Perform physical tasks including standing, walking, lifting up to 25 lb, bending, twisting and reaching overhead.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned by supervisors.

Required profile

• No formal education or diploma required.
• No prior related work experience necessary.
• Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks and lift up to 25 lb.
• Willingness to follow safety procedures and maintain confidentiality.
