Key Account Specialist – Global Accounts Support

About the role

Join Greif’s Global Key Accounts Team as a Key Account Specialist, acting as the primary customer champion for a portfolio of strategic global accounts. You will work closely with the Global Key Account Manager to ensure seamless execution, high customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency across regions.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain day‑to‑day relationships with customer stakeholders worldwide.
• Support the Global Key Account Manager in growing and managing assigned accounts.
• Process and coordinate customer requests, ensuring consistent adherence to global account agreements.
• Assist in dispute and quality complaint resolution, driving timely closures.
• Prepare, manage, and update global and regional price lists, ensuring data accuracy.
• Coordinate account‑specific projects such as product rollouts and service improvements, tracking milestones and communicating progress.
• Develop customer presentations, including quarterly business reviews and performance updates.
• Monitor market and customer information, and follow up on overdue payments with local and receivables teams.

Required profile

• Demonstrated mastery of the 7 skills of Customer Service Excellence.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret numerical data and translate insights into actions.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
• Proven capability to work effectively with global, cross‑cultural stakeholders.
