Key Account Manager – Strategic Client Partner

About the role

As a Key Account Manager at Odoo you will act as the strategic point of contact for a portfolio of existing clients across multiple industries. You will build long‑term, high‑value relationships, drive measurable outcomes for customers and contribute to Odoo’s sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of roughly 50 existing clients, developing lasting strategic partnerships.
• Deeply understand client needs, uncover upsell opportunities and act as a trusted Odoo advisor.
• Drive revenue growth by identifying expansion potential and guiding clients toward the right Odoo solutions.
• Lead impactful product demonstrations showcasing new apps, features and versions.
• Secure contract renewals and upgrade agreements, from monthly plans to multi‑year commitments.
• Collaborate with Odoo’s Large Account project management team and internal experts (support, upgrade, development) to ensure successful end‑to‑end delivery.

Required profile

• Business degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) or equivalent professional experience.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or IT consulting.
• Proven ability to manage and grow a diverse client portfolio across multiple industries.
• Strong negotiation and relationship‑building skills, with credibility at C‑level and operational teams.
• Excellent organizational and prioritisation abilities to handle a sizeable portfolio.
• Fluency in English, French and Dutch (C1 level).
• Genuine interest in IT, business processes and the ability to quickly grasp new tools and industries.
