Key Account Manager – Diagnostic Imaging

About the role

The Key Account Manager (KAM) is a field‑based sales position focused on promoting diagnostic imaging products to hospitals, imaging centres, and radiation oncology departments. You will own a portfolio of key accounts, act as the primary contact for customers, and combine strategic account management with clinical expertise to drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute Key Account Plans aligned with business objectives.
• Identify and engage key stakeholders, including clinical, procurement and C‑level decision makers.
• Manage pipeline, forecasting and achieve sales targets.
• Lead tenders, negotiations and contract execution.
• Provide product demonstrations, clinical training and ongoing support.
• Support market access strategies, service optimisation and portfolio expansion.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and collaborate cross‑functionally.

Required profile

• Degree in Life Sciences, Radiography or a related field; business qualification is a plus.
• Proven experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical or medical device sales.
• Strong key account management and negotiation experience in complex, multi‑stakeholder environments.
• Professional fluency in Flemish and English; French is an asset.

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
