Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist – Recruitment

About the role

Everience is looking for a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to support its fast‑growing, AI‑focused consulting business. You will work across Europe to attract and hire talent for both internal positions and client projects, ensuring a smooth and engaging candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer stage.
• Handle internal and external hires, monitoring the efficiency of the recruitment process.
• Source and engage candidates via job boards, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Screen applications, conduct initial interviews and maintain accurate data in ATS tools.
• Collaborate with the European Talent Acquisition network to share best practices.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (in‑house or agency).
• Experience recruiting for IT or technical roles is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English and French; Dutch is a plus.
• Hands‑on, proactive, detail‑oriented mindset with the ability to prioritize in a fast‑paced, international environment.
• Familiarity with ATS tools; SmartRecruiters experience is a plus.
