Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist – Recruiting & Sourcing

About the role

Everience is seeking a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its international HR team. You will support the full recruitment lifecycle, helping the company attract and hire talent across Europe and beyond.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from job posting to offer stage.
• Handle both internal and external hiring needs.
• Monitor and improve the efficiency of internal recruitment workflows.
• Source and engage candidates through job boards, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Screen applications and conduct initial interviews.
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate data in the ATS (SmartRecruiters, BoondManager).
• Collaborate with the European Talent Acquisition network to share best practices.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (in‑house or agency).
• Experience recruiting for IT or technical roles is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English and French; Dutch is a plus.
• Hands‑on, proactive, detail‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to prioritize in a fast‑paced, international environment.
• Familiarity with ATS tools; SmartRecruiters experience is a plus.
