Junior Support Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Support Engineer to join our Digital Workplace team. You will provide first‑line and second‑line assistance to end users, ensuring smooth operation of IT services and applications.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver Digital Workplace support across phone, ticketing portal, chat and messaging platforms.
• Assist users in the effective use of Windows workstations, Microsoft Office and other business applications.
• Monitor, track and resolve incidents and service requests in a timely manner.
• Work onsite in Brussels for at least three days per week.

Required profile

• Strong first‑line support knowledge of Windows 10+ and Microsoft Office 2016+.
• Basic understanding of Windows/Linux server environments and Active Directory.
• Excellent communication in English and French (C1 level).
• Analytical mindset, ability to work under pressure and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Willingness to provide training and knowledge transfer using a train‑the‑trainer approach.
