Junior Supply Chain Professional

About the role

L’Oréal Benelux is seeking a motivated Junior Supply Chain Professional to join its Belgium team. You will be part of a fast‑moving environment where you can contribute to the end‑to‑end supply chain processes that support the company’s iconic beauty brands.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily supply chain operations, including inventory management and order processing.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure timely product delivery.
• Assist in data collection and reporting for performance metrics.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement projects to optimise processes.
• Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (any discipline) with a strong interest in supply chain.
• Fluency in English and Dutch and/or French.
• Previous internship or work experience in a fast‑paced environment.
• High motivation, entrepreneurial spirit and adaptability.
