Junior Sales Representative – B2B (Luxury, MedTech, Electronics)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Sales Representative to support LASEA’s growth in strategic B2B markets such as Luxury, MedTech, Electronics, Aerospace and Defense. Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director, you will work closely with sales, engineering and marketing teams to identify prospects, qualify opportunities and help close deals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage a pipeline of prospects in target sectors through email outreach, video calls, client visits and trade‑show participation.
• Listen to customer needs, translate them into technical and commercial requirements and collaborate with engineering to craft tailored proposals.
• Qualify sales opportunities by analysing purchasing processes and competitive landscape.
• Prepare and present sales proposals, follow up negotiations and drive deals to closure.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records in the CRM and ensure smooth coordination with internal teams.
• Contribute to expanding LASEA’s presence with existing customers and new markets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, sales engineering or a related technical field.
• 2‑4 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in an industrial or high‑tech environment.
• Strong analytical mindset, active‑listening skills and ability to work autonomously.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
